What do you do if you want to start your business but you don't
seem to have the blessings from others? Do you just give up or
do you continue to press on?

You see, most people out there, when you tell
them an idea, likely they will want to pour cold water on you.
Some may even add in ice cubes before they pour. But,

if you want to be successful, you need to be
willing to do what others are not willing to do. And one thing
for you to take note of is this: When you're on your journey
towards success, there will always be people who want to hold
you back. They do so because they think that it's dangerous for
you. They are not aware that you can actually live your dreams
and create your future as well. So don't let anyone stop you.

Another thing we always share with people this: The sweetest
revenge, is always to be successful. For example, my parents
were against me going into business. But I perservered on and I
showed them results. I give them very generous red packets
during Chinese New Year, and I actually sponsor them to Canada,
Korea, China and bring them on trips as well. Nowadays, do you
think they still ask me to go and look for a job? No way! So the
best thing you can do for yourself, is to prove
that you can do it. It will do wonders for your confidence and
most of all, you'll be wealthy beyond your wildest dreams!

Like we mentioned before, it's important for you to be in the
right network of people who are positive, progressive and are
constantly looking for ways to add value to the people around
them. Your network is your net worth. If right now,
you don't have people around you who are willing
to support you on your entrepreneurial journey, you've got to
step out of your comfort zone and seek out more like-minded
people to share with you. Your network is your what? Net worth.
And if you want to be successful, you have to surround yourself
with people who are even more successful than you. Even more
importantly, if you are serious about success,
you must look for mentors. Mentors can help you see things from
a different perspective by sharing from their personal
experience and open your mind to new ways of thinking. To stay
ahead, you have to learn how to think out-of-the-box. Mentors
can help you with that.

The last thing is: Rich people network. The rest just work. That
is why we regularly organise networking nights for our
Entrepreneur Action Program graduates so that they can come back
and continue learning from mentors and each other. On top of
that, we always share from our experience how they can start or
improve their existing businesses when the graduates come back
and show us their business plan or when they ask us any
questions.
